RENTAL QUESTIONS

There is a charge of one rental day per person for cancellations within 48 hours of the rental date.

Ramshorn Outdoors’ staff will reach out to you one week prior to your arrival date to schedule gear delivery and pick up.

Nope! We are happy to accommodate anything from a one day rental to the entirety of your ski vacation!

Delivery time can vary depending on group size but on average, delivery normally takes about 20 minutes.

Yes, we can meet you anywhere in Big Sky that is convenient for you. Please make time or location changes at least two hours in advance to avoid additional charges.

Rates will apply to equipment delivered before 2:00pm and picked up after 10:00am on the final day.

Yes, we are happy to swap out your skis, snowboard, or boots during your rental. Please keep in mind that there will be a $20 equipment swap fee.

Skis need to be dropped off at our shop or reservations need to be made with our delivery team by 5:00pm.
