RENTAL QUESTIONS

  • There is a charge of one rental day per person for cancellations within 48 hours of the rental date.

  • Ramshorn Outdoors’ staff will reach out to you one week prior to your arrival date to schedule gear delivery and pick up.

  • Nope! We are happy to accommodate anything from a one day rental to the entirety of your ski vacation!

  • Delivery time can vary depending on group size but on average, delivery normally takes about 20 minutes.

  • Yes, we can meet you anywhere in Big Sky that is convenient for you. Please make time or location changes at least two hours in advance to avoid additional charges.

  • Rates will apply to equipment delivered before 2:00pm and picked up after 10:00am on the final day.

  • Yes, we are happy to swap out your skis, snowboard, or boots during your rental. Please keep in mind that there will be a $20 equipment swap fee.

TUNING QUESTIONS

  • Skis need to be dropped off at our shop or reservations need to be made with our delivery team by 5:00pm.
